Our Story
Rachael Lawton began her career in the benefits field in 2012 as an independent carrier representative for a national company specializing in the voluntary space with benefit coverage for legal and identity theft. Through her experience, Rachael saw a vast need for her clients that were looking for additional benefit offerings to add to their portfolio along with payroll support, HR consulting, and sales training. She launched Lawton Benefits Group to better support her clients’ needs.
As an employee benefit specialist and broker partner, Rachael has been able to fulfill her life-long passion of serving others while building meaningful relationships and improving the lives of those around her.
With a proven track record of success, she has demonstrated her ability as an emerging leader in her profession and as a trusted advisor to her clients, partners, and fellow advisors. She is a multiple award-winning national sales trainer who mentors hundreds of sales agents throughout the US and Canada, enabling them to learn real-life innovative techniques to adapt to the ever-changing environment that employers face today. The specialties of Lawton Benefits Group include benefits, payroll, HR support, and sales/leadership training.

Perri Parker, Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Perri Parker is our amazing ‘Oz behind the curtain’ supporting us as our Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager; she makes sure we are organized and aligned with everyday tasks, client relations, event management and more! With over 20 years’ experience in her field, she is a total pro!
Perri is from Granbury, TX, a small lake town south of Fort Worth where music venues abound. She enjoys the pace of small-town life, while working in the corporate arena virtually.
She is highly skilled in organization and project management. Perri prides herself on visualizing a concept and “making it happen.” Her favorite quote by Napoleon Hill, “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve,” is her motto.
